I am a relationally-focused therapist. I work with people to explore the relational issues from the past that can sometimes ‘set the
scene’ for how we live today. Being in therapy with me provides a safe, supportive and confidential environment for you to heal, change and grow.
When you have decided you want to come for therapy, we will explore together and agree between us what we will be working on.
professionalism and experience
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the United Kingdom
Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA). I comply with the codes of ethics and practice of both of these professional bodies. I take regular
supervision from a psychotherapist supervisor to ensure that I work as effectively as I can with you, my client.

Therapy with me can be short or long term. This will depend on a number of things including you, what you bring to your therapy, how you engage in your therapy and the depth and complexity of the issues
you want to resolve. How long we work together and the goals of your therapy will form part of our contract and agreement on how we work together.
I do not usually work with people for therapy for less than six sessions, and some people’s therapy may last for several years or more.
