Eating Shape and Weight bi-monthly online Relational Supervision & CPD Groups

Fridays: starting 15th September 2023

Saturdays: starting 7th October 2023

Plus: Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings starting in September and October 2024, dates to be confirmed.

Nourish: Eating, Shape and Weight through the relational lens:

two 2 hour evening online workshops with IARTA on 16th and 30th January 2024

This two hour online workshop, has been run through online events, and provides an introduction to working with shame from a relational perceptive in the therapy room. It builds on clinical practice, the lived experience and empirical research in this important area. 

As part of the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA) Autumn/ Winter CPD programme, two online workshops are being run to introduce my thinking about working relationally with eating, weight and the body. 

As part of the International Supervision Week 2023 that was run by online events, this supervision event introduces the supervision of eating and weight through the relational lens.
